Yes – at Carolina Suarez we take care of all paperwork associated with purchasing, selling, renting or investing in homes and condos. We use DotLoop to electronically sign and send all of our offers, contracts, addendums, etc. If you are the Seller, you can sign your closing documents electronically.

If you are a Buyer obtaining a loan, then you have to sign in person. If you are not in Florida during the time of closing, we can send you a mobile notary to your home, office or preferred address. If you are a cash buyer you can sign electronically.

For buyers who are making a deposit, the Title Company holding escrow will send you wire transfer instructions.

For renters giving a deposit or paying a remaining balance, cashiers checks or money orders are accepted. No personal checks please.
